Support
Hi. Thanks for using Aubel.
If something isn't working, you have a question, or you want to suggest a feature, the best way to reach me is by email: euan@maley.be.
I read every message. Replies usually come within a couple of days.
Before you write
If an alarm didn't fire, the most common cause is iOS notification or Focus settings. In Aubel, head to Settings → Permissions and make sure Alarms, Notifications, and Screen Time are all granted. If they are, mention your iOS version in your message. Alarm behaviour changed quite a bit between iOS 25 and iOS 26 and that's usually where the issue lives.
If a training session feels stuck or an unlock didn't happen, note how you're playing. For solo play without an account, your progress is stored locally on your device, so uninstalling and reinstalling will wipe it. With an Aubel account or a classroom code, your progress syncs and survives a reinstall. If you're on solo play, write to me before you reinstall, in case there's a fix that keeps your streak.
Privacy
See the privacy policy for the specifics. Short version: solo play on the iOS app keeps your progress on your own device. With an Aubel account or a classroom, your progress syncs to Aubel's server so it follows you across devices and your teacher can see it. The website uses privacy friendly, cookieless analytics that doesn't track you across the web.
