Before you write

If an alarm didn't fire, the most common cause is iOS notification or Focus settings. In Aubel, head to Settings → Permissions and make sure Alarms, Notifications, and Screen Time are all granted. If they are, mention your iOS version in your message. Alarm behaviour changed quite a bit between iOS 25 and iOS 26 and that's usually where the issue lives.

If a training session feels stuck or an unlock didn't happen, your progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling and reinstalling will wipe it. Write to me before you do that, in case there's a fix that keeps your streak.
